Shawarma's usually made on a rotisserie, but this is a very efficient hack for the majority of people who only have an oven. The chicken thighs came out amazingly juicy and tender, after I took them out after 30 minutes of the recommended 30-40. This goes really well with some white rice, and doesn't need too much, since it's already very flavorful.
