Once I discovered that I could use my Instant Pot to make stews that would take hours to make in merely minutes, I knew I had to. And when I found a stew that could utilize the untouched pomegranate molasses, I had no choice but to make it. Fesenjan had intrigued me before, and it definitely lived up to the hype (looks horrible, tastes great). This is so much easier than you would think it is once you taste it, so I would say this is without a doubt going to be a go-to recipe in the future.
